Mark J. Boehm


Mark Joseph Boehm passed away on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2022, at the KC Hospice House from Alzheimer’s. He was surround by his loving family. 

Visitation will be at St. Robert Bellarmine Parrish from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM on Friday, January 6th.  Mass will be said at 10:30 AM followed by a luncheon in the church hall. Mark has been cremated. Burial of Mark’s remains will be at a later date.

Mark was born July 10, 1952, in Kansas City at St. Anthony’s Baby Home and was adopted two months later by Joseph and Cecelia Boehm.  He married Lynne Williams in 2007 in Branson, Missouri, after dating for 12 years.

Mark was retired from long-term employment in Substance Abuse Counseling. He also worked years as a hardware store manager, and part-time as a painter and handy man.

In Mark’s spare time he enjoyed fishing, boating, attending grandchildren sporting events and taking day trips with Lynne. He was very active in his 12-step program.

Survivors include his wife Lynne, Son Brett Boehm (Genevieve), Daughter Tina Boehm, Sister Chris Mouse (Brad), Niece Chelsea Mouse, Grandchildren: Carter, Mason, Alan, and Meredith Boehm.

Donations may be made to Kansas City Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association in leu of flowers.
