He has always been a special guy to our family. He proved himself a true friend the night he saved our second daughter when she had a car accident, in the middle of one of the coldest nights in history. We are sorry to hear of his passing but know, from the words of his family, his legacy lives on. Hugs and prayers to all.

In all seriousness though, I am very sad to hear of his passing. We hadn’t talked in quite a while, but I would think on him sometimes. I hope that the rest of his family is doing as well as they can during this time, and I will be sending good thoughts their way. He will be missed.
