Rebecca Sue Reaves, 55, of Iola, Kansas, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14th at Heart of God Fellowship, 3720 N. Buckner-Tarsney Road, Sibley, MO.
Becky was born June 28, 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Marvin and Helen (Davis) Rowlett. She married Claude R. Reaves in September 1983. Becky was a homemaker. She enjoyed camping, fishing, crocheting, and listening to Elvis. Becky especially loved spending time with her grandkids.
Becky is preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Nakia Rees in 2011. Her survivors include her husband, Claude of the home; daughter, Christina Dryden (Chris) of Iola, KS; two sons: Bradley Reeves (Jennifer) of Glasgow, MO, and Gordon Rees of Quincy, IL; three brothers: Marvin Rowlett Jr., Dennie Rowlett, and Terry Rowlett, all of Sibley, MO; sister, Theresa Cook of Independence, MO; ten grandchildren: Vicky Jo, Kamron, Ava, Dodge, Marissa, Faith, Breanna, Bradley Jr., Cecilia, and Jazmon; and longtime best friend, Clara.
