Robert Ray Bowlin, 74, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015. The family will be holding private services at a later date.

  Bob was born January 11, 1941 in Sugar Creek, Missouri, the son of Vernon and Gelletta (Pack) Bowlin. He was a service technician for Fairbanks Moore for 23 years.  He also worked for Phillips Environmental Recovery Service. Bob liked fishing, mushroom hunting, sporting clays, and gardening.

   Bob is survived by his wife, Margaret Bowlin, of the home; son, Steve (Alicia) Bowlin, of Grain Valley, MO; step-daughter, Janet Rader (fiancé, Mike Liles), of Odessa, MO; 4 grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Derek, Hailey, and Jarrod Starkebaum; and 3 great-grandchildren: Hunter, Austin, and Bailey. He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Gelletta Bowlin.
