Roger Dale Allen, 76, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at New Salem Cemetery in Independence, Missouri. Roger was born on November 8, 1947 in Heber Springs, Arkansas son of Artist and Pansy (Slaten) Allen. He liked hunting, shooting archery, fishing and drag racing. Roger graduated from Ft. Osage High School in 1967. Through a work program, he attended some college during his 44 year career with Hallmark. Roger attended Lakeside Chapel in Warsaw.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Roger is survived by his mother, Pansy; wife, Judy; and son, Ron.

16 Jan 2024It was always a pleasure to visit with our neighbor Roger. I saw him regularly at the fish fry’s and Lakeside Church events. Thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and family. He will be missed.
