Ronnie Lee Braden, 70, of Oak Grove, Missouri passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Ronnie was born March 11, 1951 in Kansas City, Kansas to Loran and Dorothy (Sloan) Braden. He attended the Blue Springs Assembly of God church. Ronnie owned and operated Braden’s Floor Covering located in Lee’s Summit, MO. He enjoyed camping, fishing and going to Branson, in addition to that he loved his DIY projects. Ronnie knew a great number of people and he never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister.

Ronnie is survived by his 3 daughters: Christina Braden of Kansas City North, Cynthia Braden of Independence, MO, and Kathy Dawson of Chicago, IL; partner, Rebecca Sheeley of Oak Grove, MO; his former wife, Merrilyn Reynolds of Independence, MO;  2 grandchildren: Calvin Alberti and Grayson O’Brien-Braden.
