Ronald “Ronnie” Leroy Wilkerson, 78, of Bates City, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 23^rd at Faith Community Church in Oak Grove, MO.  The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time at the church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Faith Community Church.  

Ronnie was born June 10, 1941, in Washington County, Missouri, the son of Alonzo R. and Sarah (Skiles) Wilkerson.  He was a hard worker and creative carpenter, working for J.A. Tobin for 35 years.  He was Superintendent for 30 of those years.  Ronnie was a good husband and father.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. 

Ronnie was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Ray Wilkerson; his parents; five sisters: Margie, Mary Catherine, Laverne, Charlotte, and Linda; and three brothers: Harold, Donald, and George. 

His survivors include his wife, Mary Lucille aka “Snookie”; daughter, Ginger Ann Reddell; son, Michael Leroy Wilkerson Sr.; two granddaughters, Amber Reddell and Madison Michelle Wilkerson; two grandsons, Michael Leroy Wilkerson Jr. and Berry “BJ” Lee Reddell Jr.; and eight great-grandchildren.
