It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved, Sharon. She leaves behind a legacy of love, selflessness, and cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Born on July 13, 1946, Sharon dedicated her life to her family, consistently prioritizing the needs of others before her own. Her unwavering love and kindness were the guiding lights that illuminated the path for all who were touched by her warm spirit. Her nurturing presence created a home filled with love, laughter, and the comforting embrace that only a mother can provide. In a testament to her commitment to love and family, Sharon married Michael, blending their lives and creating a harmonious family unit that embraced all their children. This union exemplified her belief in the power of love to bridge gaps and strengthen the bonds of family. A beacon of compassion and generosity, Sharon consistently displayed a selfless nature through countless acts of kindness extended to friends, neighbors, and strangers alike. Finding joy in making others happy, she became a source of strength for those in need. One of Sharon’s greatest passions was her love for the beach, where she found solace in basking in the sun and listening to the rhythmic melody of the waves. The soft sand beneath her feet and the gentle sea breeze brought her immense joy and tranquility, creating moments of peace and reflection.
Sharon also cherished her travels, especially her adventures with a dear friend in search of the King of Rock and Roll. Together, they explored the world, creating memories that will be cherished by her friend and all who shared in those journeys. The joy she found in these adventures reflected her zest for life and her willingness to embrace new experiences.
As we mourn the loss of Sharon, let us also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. In the face of grief, let us remember the lessons she imparted – love unconditionally, give generously, and treasure every moment with those we hold dear.
Sharon is survived by her mother Shirley Schrodt, sister Dawn Stuart, brother Mickey Schrodt, children Christine, Angela and Derk, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. May we find solace in the memories we shared, the love we received, and the profound impact she had on all our lives.
