Ted was born August 20, 1963 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Charles and Mildred (Ewing) Raether both deceased. He enjoyed going to flea marts, garage sales and antique malls. Ted was an avid sports fan and lifelong Raiders fan. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Carol Rambo; and granddaughter, Gemma Davis.
Ted is survived by his wife, Joy Raether of the home; 2 daughters: Sabrina Davis (James) VA., Wendy Conn, Grandview, MO; 3 grandchildren: Devin Conn, Preston Davis and Rebecca Branhan; 3 brothers, Tracy Raether, Tarkio, MO., Jim Rambo, WY. and Dave Rambo, Council Bluffs, IA.
