Jerry B. Hall


Jerry Burnett Hall went to be with his Lord on Sunday, June 12, 2022. He was born March 19, 1941, in Tina, Missouri, to Walter and Elizabeth Hall.

Jerry met Marsha in 1958. They were married and lived happily until her passing in 2021. They were sweethearts for 63 years.

Jerry was a hardworking man. He served in the Kansas City Police Department for 4 years. He then ran his own business for 40 years repairing industrial equipment.

He was a man of God who loved to encourage others. He also was a funny man who was great at pranks in his younger years and continued with his joking humor to the last day.

Jerry loved music and participated in a band as a young adult. Later, he loved singing and praising the Lord at church.

He was a great husband, dad, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Jerry was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Marsha; his parents, Walter and Elizabeth Hall; and his sister, Barbra Cox.  He is survived by his children: Rhonda Hall, Tina Frye (Roy & his family), Tonya Calton (Steve), and Jeff Hall (Leslie); his 7 grandchildren: Rhiannon Corretto (Sarah), J Hall (Rachel), Austin Moore, Heather Calton (Jesse), Caleb Calton (Emily), Nicholas Hall, and Nathaniel Hall; and his12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 25th at Lee’s Summit Bible Church, 1200 NE Colbern Road, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086; burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the church.  In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to go to the local church or charity of your choosing.
