Ronald William Harris, 66, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022. Cremation. There will be no services.
Ronald was born September 23, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Kenneth W. and Ruby N. (Harrington) Harris. He grew up at Tarsney Lake and most recently lived in Grain Valley. Ronald graduated May 21st 1974 from Lee’s Summit High School. Before he went on disability, worked for Shick Tube-Veyor Corporation. Ronald served in the U.S. Air Force for a short period of time before being discharged in 1977. He enjoyed scrimshawing, making knives with antlers as handles, which he scrimshawed on the end. Ronald liked to make jewelry and welded yard art. He also worked as a blacksmith in Warsaw, MO.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Ronald is survived by two sons: Jason W. Williams, Kansas City of KS, and Brian W., Harris, AZ; daughter, Dezzerrae Ramirez of Blue Springs, MO; sister, Deborah E. King of Grain Valley, MO; and nephew, Curtis L. Nichols of Grain Valley, MO.
