28 Jul 2022I believe the last sentence of the comment by Kelly Baker sums up Helen to a “T”. I am glad to say that I was honored and blessed to have gotten to work with Helen at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Oak Grove, Mo. We counted money on Sunday mornings for a number of years until she moved to Independence. May we all reach our true home as Helen the angel of God surely has as her reward.
May she rest in Peace.
Your friend, Norm

26 Apr 2023Aunt Helen I knew was a warm sweet soul, she wrote me over the years. Tried to stay in contact as much as possible wanted to see her before she passed got to send her some flowers hopefully she enjoyed them. “Now we see through a glass darkly but then we will see face to face” as the thief said “Please remember me when you come into your kingdom” Truly felt she was sincere in her letters glad the last word I got to say were I love you always tell someone if you love them. Love JoeLonnie Jr.

26 Apr 2023Would have liked to see you before you passed. Thank you for writing me. I’m glad the last thing I said was I love you. Hope you enjoyed the flowers. “Love seekers not her own is not puffed up, rejoiceth not iniquity but rejoiceth in truth. Love never fails.” Blessed are the meek. Wish I could just listen to your voice a little while.
