Howard was born April 25, 1952 in Orlando, Florida, son of Kenneth E. Sr. and Elsie F. (Fitzpatrick) Taylor, he was their third child. At age 15 Howard met his soulmate and the love of his life, Terrie. Upon meeting he remarked “It was love at first sight”. Fifteen was a big year because he also went to work at Golden Point Drive Inn where he worked until he enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 18. He was an Eagle Scout. He served in the Navy from May 1970 to February 1972. Howard was dedicated to serving others. Following his active-duty service, he remained a reservist and went to work for Milbank Manufactures from February 1972 to March 2014. Due to a stroke, he had to retire. Howard loved his Milbank family and would have continued employment if possible. He was a member of Union (13-07) Steelworkers of America. It was safe to say that he always made his own way. He loved to go fishing, bowling & most of all he loved old TV reruns. An avid Kansas City Chiefs fan, Howard never missed a game!

He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth Taylor, Sr. & Elsie Fern (Fitzpatrick) Taylor – a sister Helen Marie (Cretel) Owen and his brother Bobbie Lee Taylor.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Therese Taylor (known by Terrie), 1 sister Mary Fern (Taylor) Mack, a brother Kenneth Taylor, Jr.  4 nieces, Lisa, Sara, Shena & Constance and 4 nephews Brian, Marcel, David & Joshua. A Great niece Annabela (Belle)
