Earl Dean Bishop, 90, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Cremation. Private family memorial.

Earl was born August 9, 1932 in McGehee, Arkansas to Earl Estell and Margaret Ervine (Lee) Bishop. He was a Civil Engineer.  Earl owned and operated his own business, Bishop Engineers. In his retirement years, he enjoyed gardening, bird watching and working in his Koi Pond. Earl was an U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Frank Bishop and his wife, Jo; his wife of 57 years, Bonita Bishop.

Earl is survived by his 4 children: Keith Bishop (Susie) of Marshall, MO, Sharon Davis (Tim) of Aurora, CO, Lynn Rogers (Craig) of Blue Springs, MO; Kent Bishop (Tracey) of Rogersville, MO; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
