Margaret “Marge” Potter, 83, Independence, Missouri, passed away the morning of July 18, 2023 in her sleep at home. Visitation is to be held Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Blue Ridge Baptist Church, 9320 E 35th St S, Independence, MO 64052 at 11:00am. The service is to follow at 12:00pm.
Marge was born November 2, 1939 in Iowa City, IA to Marvin and Evelyn (Stroke) Fuller. In February 1973, she moved to Japan and lived there until coming back to the United States September 1976. Marge loved to travel until she could not do so anymore. She was a strong supporter of all her friends and family.
Marge is survived by her daughter, Dusty Burriss; granddaughter, Rena Turner and her husband Dustin; grandson, Ryan Burriss and his wife Danielle; four great-grandchildren: Mariah, Shilo, Layla, and Colton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Evelyn Fuller, and two sisters, Marleen Fuller and Susan Fuller.
