Chadwick William Blalock, 47, born in Carthage, TX passed away on 1/10/2024 in Independence, MO. 

Survived by mom, Charlotte; dad, Charles; sisters Shannon, Ashley, Chelsea, Amber, and Katie; brothers, Michael, Kyle, and Cody; children, Paige and CJ; grandson, Aries; and Uncle Sammy and Aunt Alicia. And a great many of nieces, and nephews. 

Chad was a man working on bettering himself from his past. He loved his family so much. He would constantly tell everyone how he felt about them. He will be missed terribly and thought of often.
