Ronald Kay Hurley, age 67, of Blue Springs, Mo, passed away May 18th, 2024 surrounded by loved ones.
Ron was born on June 29th, 1956 in Independence, MO, to Lester and Shirley Hurley. He served in United States Army and was an electrician with local IBEW 124.
Survivors include his wife, Hana Fe Hurley, of 12 years, his daughters, Aimee Dresslaer, Kristina Hurley (Brian Vaughn), his son, Ron Hurley (Emily) and his daughter, Emma Hurley (Johnathan Astourian). Grandchildren, Mason Cairer (Kaylee Mickelson), Paige Garvey (Dakota Truitt), Michael Rider, Lily Hurley, Maddox Dresslaer, Rylee Vaughn, Easton Hurley, Saylor Hurley, great grandchild, Cooper Truitt and sibling Lester Hurley (Kora).
If you ever spent a few minutes with Ron, you were sure to laugh. He loved his kids, grandkids, family & friends. He loved a good campfire, back roads, and of course, a classic country song.
We will have a celebration of life on his birthday, June 29th, 2024. Time and place to be determined.
