Donald D. White Jr., 70, of Higginsville, MO, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Lee’s Summit Medical Center.
He was born on October 21, 1954, in Lexington, MO, to Donald D. White, Sr. and Peggy L. (Weidenhammer) White, who preceded him in death along with his sister, Debbie (Tim) Reider. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Cathy White; their children, Derek White and Dustin (Shayna) White; brother, Clarence “Butch” (Hope) White; sister, Brenda White; grandchildren, Dustin White, Jr. and Laura Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. Donnie was a devoted husband who loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed craft-making, mushroom hunting, fishing, and bowling.
A private memorial service as well as a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of Royer Funeral Home.
