Melinda R. Rowe, lovingly known as Mindy, was born on December 7, 1969, and peacefully went to heaven at her home in Independence on December 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of family and friends.
Mindy had a joyful spirit and a heart full of kindness. She truly loved being with people and found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—going to the movies, bowling, visiting waterparks, and spending time at home watching TV with her friends. Wherever Mindy went, laughter, warmth, and a sense of belonging followed.
A beautiful soul inside and out, Mindy touched countless lives with her gentle nature, caring heart, and genuine love for others. She made everyone feel welcomed and valued, and her presence brought comfort and joy to so many.
Melinda will be remembered with deep love, happiness, and cherished memories by all who had the honor and privilege of knowing her. Her light, kindness, and the joy she shared will live on forever in the hearts of those she loved.
