Bettie Jean Bell was born on February 01, 1937, in Holden, MO

She was preceded in death by her loving parents James Leroy Bell and Modine Hope Bell. Her beloved Aunt Erma and her faithful four-legged friend Fritz.

She is survived by many loving cousins. Along with her beloved family. The Masters Family, The Sawmiller Family, The Barnhart Family, The Harrison Family and The Bray Family.

Ms. Bettie Bell lived life on her own terms—especially remarkable for a woman of her generation. Everyone she touched knew her for her generosity, compassion, acceptance, outward love, and most importantly, her fiery spirit. As a child and as a woman she loved the outdoors and treasured time with loved ones; that spirit and devotion to family and friends stayed with her, her whole life.

A clear example of Ms. Bettie Bell’s fiery spirit lives on in the stories we share—throwing a firecracker at someone’s feet on the Fourth of July or giving you the bird just for the fun of it. Those moments sum her up in a nutshell. Ms. Bettie Bell, until we meet again, save some fireworks to throw at our feet. We will keep your fiery spirit living through us. We love you forever.
