Ivan Eugene Campbell, 85, of Buckner, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11th at First Christian Church (FCC) in Buckner. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to FCC, Box 646, Buckner, MO 64016.
Ivan was born August 23, 1931, In Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Wallace Mackey and Frances Madeline (McFarland) Campbell. He attended a country school for 8 years and graduated from Buckner High School. On May 17, 1952, Ivan married Shirley Ann Galvin. He spent 4 years in the USAF and worked in the tool and die industry. He was a member and Elder at FCC.
Ivan was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Roger Campbell; and his sister Madeline Stephens.
His survivors include his children: Jessica Campbell of Buckner, Claudia Parker (John) of Grain Valley, MO, and Brian Campbell (Emelina) of Olathe KS; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
