Janet Lorraine Ford, 62, of Higginsville, Missouri, passed away Friday, October 2, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO; burial in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Janet was born February 10, 1953 in Pendleton, Oregon. She is preceded in death by her husband, Greg Ford. Her survivors include daughter & son-in-law: Tammy & Steve Cox of Higginsville; daughter & son-in-law, Jennifer Mallett & Eddie Ballentine of Higginsville; daughter & son-in-law, Sarah & Patrick Rist of Independence, MO; daughter & son-in-law, Heather & Ben Nyhart of Grain Valley; 21 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Basil Hicks; 2 sisters: Sharon Kay Sullivan & Anna Miles; and her first husband & father of her girls, Terry Mallet.
