
Harry Edgar Keutzer, 95, of Napoleon, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Oak Grove Nursing & Rehab. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 21st at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Harry was born in Creighton, Missouri, the son of John and Lillian Keutzer. He married Johnnie Bradbury in May 1942. Harry was a farmer all his life, farming in Missouri, Minnesota, and Iowa. He was a common sight at the Blue Springs and Lee’s Summit Farmers Markets, where he was a vendor for the last 6 years. Harry enjoyed collecting antiques and toy tractors. He also worked for Spee-Dee delivery as a security guard for many years in Minnesota. Harry was a very giving person and was a foster parent to many foster children. He will be remembered as a great brother, father, and grandfather, that loved his family and the land.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Johnnie; and his daughter, Susan Olsen.
His survivors include two sons: Ralph Keutzer (Lila) of Prairie City, IA, and Virgil Keutzer (Stacy) of Napoleon; daughter, Donna Oraskovich (Larry) of Sturgeon Lake, MN; two brothers: Wayne Keutzer of Creighton, and Harold Keutzer of Hohenwald, TN; eight grandchildren: Travis, Brent, Shawna, Dan, Lea, Lori, Joshua, and Jonnie; eighteen great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren. Harry will be greatly missed.
