Gary Francis Larson, 88, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at Oak Grove Nursing & Rehab. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5th in Corn Cemetery, Oak Grove.
Gary was born June 23, 1931, in Oak Grove, Missouri, the son of Francis Andrew and Goldie Lee (Corn) Larson. He was a salesman for Reeves Weideman Plumbing & Heating. Gary had lived in Warsaw, MO, for many years and enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and his small farm. He loved animals and especially his family.
Gary was preceded in death by his wife, Betty in 2004; daughter, Shelley Larson Stephens in 2010, and son-in-law, Ronnie Clifford in 2013.
His survivors include three daughters: Bonnie Larson Clifford of Independence, MO, Paula Larson Rice (Cleo) of Grain Valley, MO, and Risa D. Larson of Smithville, MO; son, Gary Michael Larson (Rhonda) of Oak Grove; twelve grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and two brothers: Richard Larson of Bloomington, IN, and Danny Larson of Colorado.
