Sandy Jo Schulze, 62, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 10th at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
Sandy was born October 1, 1956, in San Diego, California, the daughter of Rocky and Helen (Walker) Harris. She was an accountant for Marriott International for 26 years. Sandy enjoyed camping and riding 4-wheelers & motorcycles. She loved her grandchildren and her Whippet dogs, Shelby, Reggie, and Levi.
Sandy is survived by three children: Randy Bowen (Gretchen) of Kansas City, MO, Josh Bird (Heather) of Oak Grove, MO, and Karly Atchison (Jason) of Independence, MO; six grandchildren: Siera, Harley, Aidan, Kelsey, Teagen, and Brody; four great-grandchildren: Marley, Cameron, Novalee, and Reign; her father, Rocky Harris of Ocilla, GA; sister, Rocksann Harris of Tallahassee, FL; and brother, Rocky Harris Jr. of Ocilla, GA.
