Kenneth Allen Rasch, a retired welder and long-time resident of Kansas City, MO, died peacefully on February 1, 2021 at the age of 77 after a long bout with COPD.
Kenneth is survived by his children, Pamela Crall, Vincent Rasch and Dennis Rasch. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Rasch; his son, Robert Rasch; his brother, Carl Rasch; and his parents, Herman and Ermal Rasch.
Kenneth was born in Barksdale Field, Louisiana on September 4, 1943 to Herman and Ermal Rasch. He traveled the United States as a child with his family as his father was stationed in many Army bases, and ultimately came to Kansas City, Missouri where he met his wife, Doris, whom he married in August of 1964, and would later start a family.
Kenneth was a simple, easy-going man. He enjoyed a good laugh and the company of his family. He was a man of Faith and worshiped with the congregation at Linwood Seventh Day Adventist Temple. He also loved to indulge his sweet tooth and watch old John Wayne westerns.
A small, private interment of his ashes will take place later in February at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his memory to the Linwood Seventh Day Adventist Temple located at 4300 Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri 64128.
