Mason Edward Fasel, 46, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2016. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Blue Springs.  A memorial service will follow at 10 a.m. also at the church.

Mason was born August 22, 1970, in Portland, Oregon, the son of George and Gertrude (Lammers) Fasel.  He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College.  Mason was a devoted father who loved his girls, loved watching football and sports in general.  He was a very good boss and loved his employees.

Mason is preceded in death by his father.  His survivors include his beloved wife, Heather; two daughters, Kimberley Fasel and Kiran Fasel; his mother, Gertrude Fasel of Columbia; two sisters, Kimberley Carlson (Brian) of Brooklyn, NY and Marion Fasel of New York, NY; mother-in-law, Sue R. Forsee of Martinez, CA; brother-in-law, Nicholas Forsee of Martinez, CA; and a large extended family.
