Julie Ann Kephart, 50, of Kingsville, Missouri, passed away Friday, June 19, 2015 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 22nd at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
Julie was born June 9, 1965, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Terry and Dixie (Rhoads) Llewellyn. She was an entrepreneur, and operated “A Place Beautiful” out of her home, selling homemade arts and crafts. Julie loved to cook and was famous for her home style country cooking, especially her surplus of Velveeta masterpieces. She was a devoted wife and mother, and dearly loved her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Julie is preceded in death by her father.
She leaves behind her husband, Don Kephart of the home; daughter, Kaylee Kephart (Jacob) of Kingsville; three sons: Jamie Kephart (Tabitha) of Grain Valley, MO, Nick Kephart of Raytown, MO, and Kolten Kephart of Kingsville; her mother, Dixie Llewellyn of Grain Valley; two sisters: Dayna Wrisinger (Craig) of Oak Grove, MO, & Lori Byl (David) of Oak Grove; brother, Mike Llewellyn of Odessa, MO; and two grandchildren: Canvas & Wyatt Kephart.
