Frances “Fran” Compton Mann entered into eternal rest on March 8, 2014 at 1:25 p.m.
Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at South Haven Baptist Church in Belton, MO. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Warrensburg Veterans Home 1300 Veterans Road, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
Fran was born July 30, 1927 in Kansas City, MO to Dee & Maggie (Shelley) Compton. Fran graduated from East High School in Kansas City and Kansas City Business College.
Fran is survived by her husband Earl. They were married February 14, 1947. Also her son Charles “Chuck” Mann & wife Debbie of Grapevine, TX; 2 grandsons: Chris and Blake Mann; daughter: Dee Ann Rank & husband Jim; 3 granddaughters: Mallory & husband Chris Cogswell of Olathe, KS, Marcie & Brad Parker of Belton, MO, Ariel Rank of Belton, MO; great-grandchildren: Emma, Nathan, Charlotte; sisters: Alice Brown of Sibley, MO, Ruth Bowling of Buckner, Mo and numerous nieces and nephews.
