Beverly Diane Nevin, 67, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit, MO. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23rd at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. Private burial. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Saint Luke’s East Hospital.
Beverly was born December 22, 1951, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of William Robert and Wilma Elizabeth (Wylie) Downing. She was an accountant at Midway Ford Truck Center for 45 years. Beverly was a Methodist, and enjoyed helping with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the rest of her family.
Her survivors include her husband of 44 years, John Nevin of the home; three children: William “Bill” Nevin (Melissa), Amber D. Nevin, and John “Jay” Nevin (Erin), all of Blue Springs; eight grandchildren: Kiersten Nevin, Karah Nevin, Katlynn Nevin, Payton Nevin, Zachary Nevin, Liam Nevin, Korvin Dodd, and Xavier Nevin; two great-grandchildren: Amberlynn Nevin and Sable Lloyd; and two sisters: Debra Justus (Larry) and Ramona Forbach (Gerry), all of Kansas City, MO.
