Rocky M. Palmer, 57, of Oak Grove, Missouri passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015.  Private family services were held.

Rocky Mitch Palmer was born October 4, 1957 in Tucson, Arizona to Curtis and Joyce Palmer. Rocky lived most of his life at Tarsney Lakes, Missouri. He was employed as a heavy equipment mechanic and carpenter and was known for being able to fix about anything. His grandkids proudly call him Papa. He was a beloved son, brother, father, Papa and friend and will be terribly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his son, Joey Palmer of Harrisonville, MO; daughter Billie Palmer of St. Johns, FL; daughter Ashley Palmer of Blue Springs, MO; daughter Whitney Palmer of Platte City, MO; mother Joyce Palmer of Tarsney Lakes, MO; sister Cindy Palmer of Centerview, MO; sister Lori Palmer of Appleton City, MO; grandkids Candace Palmer of Garden City, MO; Anna Harper of Garden City, MO; Kristen Palmer and Gracie Palmer of Harrisonville, MO; Audriana Palmer and Logan Palmer of St. Johns, FL. 

Rocky was preceded in death by his father, Curtis C. Palmer of Tarsney Lakes, MO and his grandmother Anna M. Palmer of Lexington, MO.
