Dean William Wagner, 83, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 5, 2019. A visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. Graveside service following at 2:00 p.m. in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Dean was born on August 31, 1936 in Davenport, IA, son of Dean Willard and Madeline (Doyle) Wagner. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Blue Springs, MO the IBEW 124. He enjoyed reading history, antique cars, collecting guns and breakfast with friends.
He is preceded in death by his beloved dogs, Baby and Autie. They were his constant companions and we know he is reunited with them now.
His survivors include his wife, Barbara of the home; 3 children, Gary McChristian (Dawn) of Oak Grove, MO, Janet Davis (Tom) of Lee’s Summit, MO and Michelle Barnett (Loren) of Lee’s Summit; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
