Daniel Lee “Danny” Thompson, 53, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Danny was born March 8, 1968 in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, son of Donald W. and T. Marie (McNamara) Thompson. He was a fan of the KC Chiefs. Danny enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He loved going to Funky Town. Danny was a very humble man, he was always looking to make a friend. He would do anything in the world for anybody. Danny was so proud to be a part of the large family that he came from. Immediate family was his greatest love and joy. He was a proud son and brother and being a Thompson meant everything to him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and one sister.
Danny is survived by his five siblings: George Thompson (Cathy) of Butler, MO, Butch Thompson (Marsha) of Odessa, Sherry Adreme (Larry) of Ft. Pierce FL, John Thompson (Victoria) Thompson of Grain Valley, MO, Abe Thompson (Luann) Thompson of Bates City, MO; and many nieces and nephews.
