James Richard Walker, 87, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away peacefully at his home on October 30, 2019 surrounded by his loving family and transitioned into the loving arms of the Lord.   A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be determined. 

Jim was born on January 25, 1932 in Kansas City, MO, to James Budrue Walker and Edna Rachel Rhumes Walker.  He was a member of the IBEW Local 124 in Kansas City, MO.   

Survivors include his wife, Judy of the home; daughters, Terri Horne, Marsha Cunningham (Doug), Lisa Bolling (Glen), and Kerri Francis (Jon); and sons, Kevin Frear (Marsha) and Brian Frear (Leslie).  He had 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren at the time of his passing, along with brother, Mike Walker (Ann).  Preceding him in death were his parents, first wife Jean Ann, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and granddaughter Kasey Lyn Bolling.
