Joseph “Joe” Lee Kipper, 63 of Independence, MO passed away March 4, 2022. Celebration of Life will be 2-5pm Saturday March 26, 2022 at The Church at Three Trails 1229 W 31st St. Independence, MO 64055.
Joe was born November 19, 1958 in Kansas City, KS. He was an avid shootist and enjoyed spending time on his property in southern MO hunting, fishing and finding morrell mushrooms. Joe also enjoyed cooking out and tinkering with old cars.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents: Lyle & Marie Kipper and sister, Brenda.
Joe is survived by his wife Belladonna of the home, and many friends.
