Aeriel Noorhana Celeste New, 32, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 12th at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Contributions to defray funeral expenses may be made to the church.

Aeriel was born January 8, 1990 in Ames, Iowa. Daughter of Dalton Corson and Theresa Moore. She attended Odessa High School, Class of 2008. After graduation, Aeriel continued her education by attending School to become a Nurse’s Aide. She enjoyed reading Harry Potter books. Aeriel was a lifelong animal lover and tattoo enthusiast. She cared more about other people than she did herself. Aeriel will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; maternal grandfather; Uncle Dennis Corson; and Aunt Linda Metzler.Aeriel is survived by her husband, Jason New (Son Kade and daughter Allie); 2 sons: Jayson and Bradyn Slater and their father, Steven Slater; 2 brothers: Jason Moore and Freddi Funnell; father, Dalton Corson of Iowa; mother, T.J Moore of Nevada; grand-daughter, Luna Bug; grandmother, Jeanine Moore; mother-in-law, Karen Barden; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
