Betty Jo Green, 89, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 19th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 21st in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Betty enjoyed quilting and knitting. She loved taking care of her flowers. Betty was an avid collector of coins and statuaries and enjoyed talking to everyone. She was retired from the Kansas City Kansas Public School District.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Green; great-grandson, Joseph Scott; sister, Charlene Martin; and brother, Kenneth Keith.
Betty is survived by her 3 sons: Charles Daniels (Mary) of Grain Valley, MO., Steven Green (Gaylynn) of Augusta, KS. and Marshall Green (Hollie) of San Antonio, TX; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
