Catalino Marcelo, 84, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. ~ Royer Funeral Home Grain Valley, MO. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.
Catalino was born November 25, 1938 in Cerro De Pasco, Peru, the son of Pedro and Bruna (Carbajal) Marcelo. He came to the United States with his son, Walter in 1996. Catalino enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family. He took pride in his work and loved supporting his family.
Catalino was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Carlos.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria of the home; sons, Andres Marcelo (Raquel) of Blue Springs, MO, Walter Marcelo (Claudia) of New Jersey, Armando Marcelo (Vilma) of Peru; daughter, Nelly (Jose) Sandoval of Grain Valley, MO; sons, Ruben and Fredy Marcelo (Esther) of Blue Springs, MO; daughter, Iris Marcelo (Olmo) of Oak Grove, MO; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; four brothers and two sisters.
