Charlie and I were classmates in high school ( St. John’s Class of ’68!) Although we lost track of each other a couple of years later, I’ll always remember his unique/smirky smile! He was fun to be around, He was also a deep thinker and liked to have serious discussions about anything he thought was important. I also remember he was the only one in our class to smoke a pipe during our senior year!
