She married Ardo Rice in May and I married Ken Apperson in June after we graduated. We have been friends for almost 70 years. I will miss her very much. I appreciated her son calling to let me know about her death. She later married Venton Goodnight and they were very happy and he took such good care of her. Rest in peace, my special friend.
