Daniel Masoner, born 9/28/84 entered into rest on 11/24/21. He is survived by his parents Ron & Teri Masoner, and Lisa Ford. His Grandma Una Masoner, Grandma & Grandpa Brenda & Eddie Rice, his sisters, Rhonda Doak, Alyssa Masoner, Janessa Fisher, Jaime Tonasket, his brothers, Javan Fisher, Jesse Fisher, Jimmy Fisher, Jonah Tonasket and Gene Ross. He is preceded in death by his Grandpa Charles Masoner, and his big brother, Lile Joshua Blue Fisher and his honorary Uncle Cooky. Daniel leaves behind nineteen nieces and nephews. A host of beloved Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends. Daniel was athletic and participated in many sports, but his primary focus was four years on the Raytown swim and dive team. After high school he went into the US Marine Corps, serving in operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2008, earning the rank of Sargent in his tenure. He was a favorite amongst the children and loved the kids, playing, and bringing the best gifts. His heart was as pure as his eyes were beautiful blue. He had many nick names and was loved by all with his quick smile and prankster nature. He left this world for a place in heaven beside his big brother, on Joshua’s 40th birthday. It’s almost like those two planned it. Heaven has two of the best together now. Daniel, you will be missed, and we love you. Fly High D.A.M. Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not.
A Celebration of life will be held Monday, November 29, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until service time.
