That was awesome to stumble across on the internet while doing random family searches. Nice to read your comment. Don was my Uncle, his sister, Karen Hartman Todd, my mother. We reside in Iowa. Where are you?

I came across this while doing genealogy research on our Hartman family. Don is my 4th cousin, once removed.
Hello to all my Hartman cousins!

Don was indeed one of the nicest men I have ever had the good luck to know. In 1982, he helped sponsor my company for ICC authority. Being the Traffic Manager of Swift, his words carried a lot of weight and it was approved. We worked with him through Swift for many years with never a cross word between the two of us. He truly was a good person and I know he will be so, so missed by his family.
