Donna Marie Carter, 67, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025, at her home in Kingsville, MO. There are no services at this time.
Donna was born August 22, 1957, the daughter of Claude Gurney “Bud” Duggan Sr. and Faye J. (Vincent) Duggan. She loved horses and made many friends while operating her stables at All Seasons Farm in Shelbyville, TN. Donna loved having children around and teaching them about horses, hard work, and farm life. She also enjoyed teaching as a substitute teacher and was an avid storyteller.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert W. Carter; and her brother, Claude G. Duggan II.
Her survivors include her son, Heath Schoen (Marci) of Oak Grove, MO; three grandchildren: Trevor A. Schoen, Alexis L. Schoen, and Tristan H. Schoen; her sister, Melissa “Missie” McInturf (James); and a niece and nephew.
