Dustin J Byrd, born Jan 24,1982, of Blue Springs, MO passed away on May 28, 2022. His funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2022 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
He was 40 years old. Dustin grew up spending much of his time with his grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles. He had a lasting love for music, especially playing his guitar. He was incredibly talented, and could play music by ear. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his son, Vincent. He had a huge heart and will always be remembered for his bright smile and kind personality.
He leaves behind his son, Vincent Byrd, 12. He is survived by his mother Terri Calvert (David Sloan), his father Randy Byrd, his sister Randa Cowan, his maternal grandmother, Doris Webb and many Nieces, Nephew, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfathers, Lee Webb and Dan Calvert, and his Paternal Grandparents, Chelmer and Helen Byrd.
