Freida was born on January 25, 1938, to Elmer and Alta (Green) Stacy near Flemington, MO.  She lived on the family farm until 1955 when she moved to Kansas City, where she met the love of her life, Charles Henry Fultz on a blind date.  They were married on April 24, 1956 and were married 59 years.

Freida was very proud of being the valedictorian of her class when she graduated in 1955.  She was a homemaker until her children left home and then she worked part time for the IRS for a short period of time.  She then worked part time for Avila College in the bookstore for approximately 5 years.

Freida enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, crocheting, and gardening.  She was the planner and navigator for the numerous 2-week vacations with Charles and the kids.  Many good memories were made while camping in their pop-up camper at numerous campgrounds and by the river.  She also enjoyed every minute that she could spend with her mother in Humansville.

Freida was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles; sisters, Alma and Evelyn; along with her last two dogs, Pee Wee and Pepper.

She is survived by her two children, Charles D. Fultz and Cathy Martin (Michael); her sister, Mary Lee Rodenbaugh; niece, Shery Jackson; and two nephews, Richard Aspey and Rick Rodenbaugh; and three grandchildren: Brianna Fultz, Cory (Jacque) Martin. Freida was blessed to have met and known her two great-granddaughters, Sophia and Mia Martin.
