Glenda Yvonne Hale, 81, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at Village Hospice in Lee’s Summit, MO. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3rd at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove; burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 2nd at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Glenda was born August 18, 1935, in Lee’s Summit, MO, the daughter of Ollie and Almeda (Russell) Frasher. She was a member of First Baptist Church and enjoyed quilting and collecting. She was also an avid fan of the Angels, Royals, and Chiefs.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband R.E. Hale in 1992; one son, Terry Eugene Hale in 1981; and sister, Donna Wilson.
Her survivors include daughter, Joyce Hale; two sons: Donnie Hale and Darryl Hale, all of Oak Grove; and two brothers: Gary Frasher of Lee’s Summit, and Dwayne Frasher of Peculiar, MO.
