Jane Crump, 79, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley; burial in McKendree Cemetery, Chapel Hill. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Jane was born on April 1, 1940, daughter of Hollis and Hazel (Young) Barnett. She married Lan Crump who passed away on January 16, 2014. Lan and Jane were over the road truck drivers for over 20 years. They enjoyed riding motorcycle’s and going to Sturgis. She liked sewing and crafting but especially loved being around family and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lan Crump; parents; brothers and sisters, Elvin Barnett, Charles Barnett, Phaona Webb and Edith Cole.
Her survivors include her children, Jerald Hontz of Grain Valley, Eugene Owen (Linda) of Blue Springs, MO, Vicky Howarth (Geno) of Arnold, MO and Steven Crump (Tina) of Pevely, MO; sister, Margaret Glover (Daniel) of Hot Springs, AK; brother, Phillip Barnett of Raymore, MO; sister, Sharon Payne of Lakewood. MO; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
