Janet was a very kind hearted and loving person and we became friends quickly when we were there at Oak Grove

I miss you so much Janet! I wish we could have spent more time together these past few years after you retired, but life just took over. It was a great loss for me when you retired at the Regional Office in Kansas City. You were a great co-worker as well as my dear sweet friend. You would have done anything for me, and you did everything possible! You were always there to listen to all my problems and help me when you could, both at work and in my personal life. I know you are in a much better world now, and I hope it brings peace to your son Steven, your extended family, and friends knowing that Heaven has welcomed you in with open arms! Enjoy yourself up there! Until we meet again!!!

Growing up in Oak Grove everyone knew everybody! The Owing’s family was one of my favorites. My thoughts and much love to her family and friends. She will be missed.
