Jayme was born January, 1, 2010 in Blue Springs, Missouri. The daughter of Jason Thurman McMillian and Lynnette Marie Maples. Jayme was a comedian of all types, a gifted artist, played the violin, and she loved to skate at B&D skating rink. She was wonderfully crafted, from her music taste all the way to her unique drawings. Jayme told it like it was. She was as unique as she was hardheaded. Held adventure in her heart. There was never a dull moment when Jayme was around. She had an “I am doing my own thing” attitude. Jayme was the bravest and the boldest little girl you would ever meet. Our time with her was cut short, but the time she was in this world will last forever.

She is preceded in death by her infant sister, Janessa McMillian in 2008; Maternal grandfather, Bob Maples; Paternal grandfather, Darryl McMillian; and Paternal great uncle, Ronald Van Artsdalen.

Jayme is survived by her mother and father: Lynnette Maples and Jason McMillian, both of Independence, MO; two sisters: Jillian Jackson (Robert Middaugh) of Independence and Lily Ratliff; five brothers: Dalton Maples, Quinton Jackson, Payton Jackson, Jayson McMillian and Damon Welch; maternal grandmother, Vivian Maples of Lamonte; Paternal grandparents, Susan and Doug Burns of Blue Springs; nephew, Evander Middaugh; and numerous extended family members.
