Kenneth Lee Reeder, 89, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 4th at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
Kenneth was born August 20, 1932, in Odessa, Missouri, the son of Eugene and Anna (Sidner) Reeder. He was a member of the United States Air Force and served during the Korean War. Kenneth was a custodian at Oak Grove Schools for over 15 years. He belonged to the Mayview Coon Hunter’s Association and attended First Baptist Church of Odessa.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; son, Dennis Reeder; daughter, Allie Gurney; and numerous siblings.
His survivors include son, Louis Reeder (Janet); daughter, Flo Reed; daughter-in-law, Darlene Reeder; grandchildren: David Gurney (Jamie), Sara Daniels (Jordan), Conrad Reed (Britteny), Amanda Evans (Robbie), Samantha Triplett (Luther), Logan Black, and Jordan Reeder; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Cotten; many nieces and nephews; and longtime companion, Rhea Davidson.
